Summit Park is pleased to announce the addition of Rachel Hannon to the team. Ms. Hannon brings additional lower middle market experience to Summit Park and is initially leading the Firm's business development efforts in the food safety and food ingredients, additives and flavorings sectors.

Prior to joining Summit Park, Ms. Hannon was an Associate with Clark Wolf Company in New York, NY, which provides consulting services to the food and beverage industry. Previously, Ms. Hannon was a Financial Analyst at Orrick, Herrington & Suttcliffe LLP where she worked closely with senior management to develop analytical tools to support the monitoring and evaluation of firm profitability. Prior to joining Orrick, Ms. Hannon was a Financial Analyst at Harris Williams & Co. where she advised on M&A transactions primarily in the healthcare and life sciences industry.

Ms. Hannon graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Politics from Washington and Lee University. She completed her M.A. with distinction in Nutrition, Food Studies & Public Health from New York University.
