Investing in Growth

Summit Park makes control investments in established, growing companies with $20 to $150 million in revenue located primarily in the Eastern half of the United States.

Summit Park’s strategy is to invest in well-positioned, profitable, and growing privately-held companies. Of particular interest are those businesses with attractive gross margins – reflecting a unique position in a defined market niche, proprietary or value-added products or services, or a differentiated approach to customer service – as well as significant free cash flows.

We believe in investing in these businesses and providing them with the access to additional capital, management resources, and strategic guidance that will support their growth into bigger and better companies.
