Summit Park is pleased to announce Tessa Wiegand has joined Curion as Chief of Staff through its Leadership Excellence and Development (“LEAD”) Program. Summit Park’s LEAD Program develops talented, operationally-focused executives for leadership positions within the Firm’s portfolio. LEAD members report directly to the portfolio company’s CEO and make a direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory and profitability through the implementation and execution of growth and operational efficiency initiatives.

Prior to joining the LEAD Program, Tessa was a Group Chief Executive Officer for the Midwest Region at Orion Services Group, and was most recently an Operating Executive at Medusind. In these roles, Tessa was responsible for implementing strategy, overhaul of financial processes, and leading growth initiatives. Tessa received her BA from Harvard University and her MBA from Stanford University.
