United Air Temp, Air Conditioning and Heating ("UAT"), a portfolio company of Summit Park, is pleased to announce that it has acquired Albemarle Heating & Air (“Albemarle” or the “Company”). Headquartered in Charlottesville, Virginia, Albemarle provides heating, ventilation and air conditioning (“HVAC”) services, including installation, repair and maintenance to residential and commercial customers.

Headquartered in Lorton, Virginia, UAT provides HVAC maintenance and replacement services to residential homeowners. Its primary operations are in Washington D.C. and the surrounding area in Northern Virginia and Maryland, with additional operations in North Carolina, Georgia, and Florida. Summit Park led a recapitalization of UAT in January 2021 in partnership with the Capitala Group, Pareto & Company, and the UAT management team. Albemarle represents the first acquisition for UAT.
